GLDF operates a network of distribution vehicles to be able to service our client’s needs nationwide.

Each one of our strategically placed branches carefully controls the routing and scheduling of the end users products, to make sure that distribution is completed timeously. The operational success of our distribution network comes from the state-of-the-art tracking and planning systems that GLDF has implemented and maintained over the last 35 years.

In the first quarter 2014 a decision was taken to open a Broking division within GDLF. An ever increasing demand for various types of vehicles to multiple destinations was noticed and as such the idea became a reality.

Currently we have in excess of 70 transport specialists who have a vehicle offering from 8 ton vehicles to super links. This is comprised of flat beds, taut liners, pantechnicons and tippers. This has enabled us to expand our service offering to our existing clients while also increasing our client base through part loads, full loads, cross border and hazchem to name a few.

The broking division is very competitive within both local and national sectors, and is currently making inroads into cross border logistics through a number of key specialists.
