Established in 1986 and an operating company of IMPERIAL Logistics Transport and Warehousing since 1994, Goldfields Logistics is a national logistics and supply chain provider.

Goldfields Logistics have 160 prime movers and 175 trailers operating in South Africa; we own and manage 5 DCs and 14 warehouses nationally amounting to 120 000 square meters of floor space, with 50 forklifts at these sites.

RP Logistix
Goldfields Logistics recently acquired 100% of RP Logistix. Imperial Holdings’ BEE partner acquired a further 20% with RP Logistix Management holding the balance of 20% of RP Logistix.
Established in 1993, RP Logistix specialises in the supply of reliable primary transport of super link and bulk liquid (non-chemical) loads. RP Logistics operates nationally and cross-border throughout Southern Africa and has 97 prime movers.

RP Logistix is a road freight company based in Paarl with a depot in Gauteng. The company pursues integrity and quality of service in every contract and transaction and is committed to the requirements of its customers, echoing Goldfields Logistics value-system of operational excellence and being relationship-driven. Both Goldfields Logistics and RP Logistics service the retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and other similar industries, allowing them to strengthen their presence and deepen their service offering to existing and new customers.
